We are excited to announce that M-STAT has received two significant awards at the UX|CX Awards. The awards were organized for the third year in a raw by Boussias Events, highlighting the innovative practices and technologies that enhance customer experience in Greece.

The award ceremony took place at an event held on Thursday, September 12, at the Anais Club, attended by numerous company representatives, academics, and institutional bodies.

Bronze Award for Best Application in the Sports, Culture & Entertainment Sector for the innovative “2hook”mobile app.
2hook is designed for fishing enthusiasts and offers automatic fishing log services with detailed data such as weather conditions, moon phases, tides and temperature. It provides an accurate logbook with GPS locations and statistics, enabling more efficient fishing and improved results.

Bronze Award for Best Customer Onboarding and the seamless experience offered by the “M&S Symeonides Rewards” mobile app for the Marks & Spencer chain.
The M&S Symeonides Rewards is a loyalty app designed for customers of the store network in Cyprus. It allows users to earn points with every purchase and enjoy personalized offers. With a user-friendly interface and integrated store locator, the app makes the shopping experience easier, faster and fully tailored to the personal needs of customers.

These awards affirm our commitment to providing cutting-edge applications and continuously enhancing user and customer experiences. This recognition is the result of the dedication and talent of our team, which consistently strives to create innovative solutions that set new standards in the industry.

It is notable that the awards were decided through an evaluation process by a Judging Committee consisting of 44 company representatives, institutional and academic members, chaired by Ms. Eirini Rigopoulou, Associate Professor in the Department of Product and Systems Design Engineering at the University of the Aegean.
