A new era in mobile messaging
M-STAT launched its own, innovative Omni-Messaging platform, providing enterprises with the capability to send targeted mobile messaging campaigns via Viber Service Messages, Push Notifications and SMS. It is worth mentioning that M-STAT is the only company in Greece which has integrated 3 communication channels into a single, unified omni platform offering brands the ability to communicate with their target audience across multiple mobile channels, while offering an alternative solution through SMS fallback, ensuring the deliverability of each message. One more significant moment for M-STAT team was the distinction in E-volution awards 2018, in which its integrated Omni-messaging platform has been honored with 2 awards in the categories “Tech innovation” and “E-business innovation”.
Moreover, the company is proud and honored to be among the 10 official Viber Rakuten Partners worldwide, providing a direct connection for Viber messages termination. M-STAT, as an official Rakuten Partner develops custom Viber ChatBots tailored to each Brand’s needs, helping each enterprise to upgrade its customer support experience.
Mobile Apps
Regarding the mobile application development sector, M-STAT launched 9 new mobile apps, available for Android and iOS devices, such as, News 24/7, Grape and Region of Central Greece Maps. Moreover, the company continued its collaborations with well-known brands such as Allianz Greece, the leading insurance company in Greece and 24media, one of the largest media publishers in the Greek market. In addition, it is worth mentioning that one of M-STAT’s new mobile app projects and more specifically, Europe Insurance app has been awarded in the category “Mobile insurance & Roadside Assistance” at Mobile Excellence Awards ’17. The app distinguished for its innovation and flexibility, since due to its dual functionality, it offers a unique experience to insurance agents and customers as well (effective B2B and B2C Business model).
Brand Exposure: Conferences & Exhibitions
Continuing its dynamic presence in the international markets, M-STAT participated in 5 mobile conferences in Barcelona, Madrid, and Malta, further promoting its wide of mobile messaging services.
Corporate Social Responsibility
M-STAT, as a national supporter of Let’s Do it Greece, the biggest Greek voluntary action, has actively participated in tree planting and reforestation in April 2017! Moreover, in Christmas the company supported PRAKSIS organization, by donating food to people in need, aiming at strengthening Athens’s Homeless Reception Center and providing extensive assistance to vulnerable social groups.
