M-STAT and EUROPE INSURANCE won an award at Mobile Excellence Awards ’17 for the “Εurope Insureance app” in the category “Mobile Insurance & Roadside Assistance”. Focusing on customer-centricity and its sales network productivity, EUROPE INSURANCE in collaboration with Μ-STAT, developed an innovative and fully featured app, with  an easy to use management system for insurance agents and customers as well.

Through the app, customers have easy access to on the go functionalities, such as emergency calls, roadside assistance and accident declaration, while they can also monitor in real time their insurance contract renewals, current debts and refund. Insurance agents have the capability to easily manage their portfolio and easily access their clients’ insurance contracts, pending quotes, current debts and refunds.
