M-STAT in collaboration with FrieslandCampina Hellas, designed and developed a mobile application for iPads with the aim to become a valuable tool for Medical Representatives of the company. In addition, M-STAT has developed a web tool that provides the administrator and Unit managers with the capability to create and edit data used by the mobile application as well as track all visits and their results.

THE APP OFFERS
Through the app, Medical Representatives have the ability to:
- Manage their clientele
- Schedule their visits through their personal calendar
- Record useful KPIs and information for their visits
- Conduct surveys, in a direct and easy way, during their visits to health professionals
- Access reports related to them
Through the web tool, administrator is enabled to:
- Manage the data that is used by the mobile application
- Create surveys
- Access reports of the surveys that have been conducted
- Access reports of the data resulting from the use of the mobile app, regarding visits to health professionals
