The new digital stamps “e-Stamp” that we implemented for the Hellenic Post (ELTA)  have received a Silver Award at the Impact Bite Awards 2021 in the category “Digital Customer Experience Transformation”.

The new digital stamps “e-Stamp” are the new electronic system of buying stamps. The new system allows users to create their own stamp in the form of a code.
The main goal of the new service is the modern and efficient customer service and the strengthening of its position in the postal market. In the planning of the provision of this service, the sense of social responsibility that characterizes the Hellenic Post was taken into account. As a result, customers that use the new digital stamps save time and money going to a post office store. On top of that customers avoid unnecessary transportation and overcrowding in the midst of the pandemic.

The Impact Bite Awards are important awards organized by Boussias Communications, under the auspices of SEPE and with the honorary support of the E-Commerce Laboratory and Business “ELTRUN” of the Athens University of Economics.
